Our process for your success
We utilize a five step screening process to qualify the candidate and submit only the candidates we deem as either a “Good- Fit” or an “Excellent-Fit” for the client.
Educational match
Experience assignment
IT People critically examines the resume and relevant technology experience of the candidate. During this evaluation of recent and similar project experience, IT People may identify/mitigate gaps in the resume.
Remote screening
IT People recruiters schedule a one hour interview. Typically, this interview is conducted via video teleconference. This is to validate experience and assess candidate’s interviewing acumen.
Technical assignment
IT People recruiters perform an in-depth assessment of the candidate’s technical skills utilizing IT People proprietary and industry standard tests like ProveIT. In some cases, an IT People associate with specific technical experience will lead/participate.
In-person interview
IT People recruiters schedule in-person interviews to gain a greater understanding of the soft skills of a candidate and anticipate the fit within a client’s organization. Typically, recruiters schedule in-person interviews exclusively for local candidates.
